Return Policy
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital photography products, all sales are generally final. Once digital files have been delivered, they cannot be returned.
2. Print Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your print order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.
3. Photography Sessions
Deposits for photography sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
4. Damaged Products
If your physical products arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued using the original payment method.
